BIO

Milton Wagner is from São Paulo, Brazil, having earned an engineering degree at EEU Mackenzie.

His career as a professional engineer involved working in the building material industry since the 60s, which enabled him to travel frequently at a young age, giving him the opportunity to encounter and put into practice his passion for photography.

In the 80s, through historian and photographer Boris Kossoy, he met photographer Eduardo Castanho, who, at the time, was the photography curator of the Museu da Imagem e do Som (Museum of Image and Sound) in São Paulo, having later participated with him in several workshops in Brazil and in the United States. These classes resulted in the improvement of his technique and photographic style.
